The Challenge
Responding to incoming client briefs is mission-critical for any media agency, but a thorough response โ market research, competitor analysis, strategic thinking and a considered creative recommendation โ typically takes days of specialist time. With brief volumes rising and client turnaround expectations shortening, the agency needed a way to move faster without diluting the rigour that defines their work.
Our Approach
We designed and built a multi-agent workflow that orchestrates a set of specialist AI agents across the entire brief-response process. Dedicated agents handle market research, competitor activity, market reporting, strategy pack creation and the final authored response to the brief. A key agent uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over the agency's own body of work alongside the IPA Effectiveness Awards winners, surfacing proven campaigns and ideas that can inform new strategy. Every step is grounded in evidence and sources, and the agency's strategists remain in the loop to steer, review and refine the output.
The Outcome
The agency can now respond to client briefs in hours rather than days, while maintaining the quality their clients expect from them. Strategists spend less time on manual research and synthesis and more time on judgement, creativity and client relationships โ giving the agency a meaningful edge in an increasingly competitive market.
